基於「裝備人權，採取行動」的期待，台灣人權促進會於2010年開始與台北以外的縣市的社區工作者合作，舉辦各種在地議題的人權營隊。希望藉由深入且紮實的議題認識、交流對話、與反思行動，促使人權團體訴求的普世人權價值轉化成具有在地脈絡意義的論述和行動。

Human Rights Education in Local Communities by the Taiwan Association for Human Rights

Abstract：

Since 2010, the Taiwan Association for Human Rights has held human rights education camps, based on the slogan “Equipped with Human Rights, Be Ready for Action” and collaborating with community activists outside Taipei. These camps aim at transforming the universal value of human rights into constructive discourse and action through increased understanding of human rights issues, dialogue and reflective action.
