轉型正義教學的挑戰、因應方式與教學需求:高中歷史老師觀點的調查

摘要:

本研究以問卷調查的方式,探究臺灣高中歷史教師如何看待轉型正義教育,包括對現行課綱及教科書的編寫有什麼看法?講授轉型正義議題時面對什麼困難?抱持什麼態度看待這些困難?教學的策略與方式為何等。我們發現教師在認可轉型正義教育的同時,也擔憂實施過程受到特定政治觀點的左右;另外教師也需要容納不同觀點的教學資源供教學使用,以達到歷史教育的功能。

Challenges, Responses, and Teaching Needs of Transitional Justice Education: A Survey of Taiwanese High School History Teachers’ Perspectives

Abstract:

This study uses a questionnaire survey to explore how high school history teachers in Taiwan view transitional justice education. It examines their perspectives on the current curriculum guidelines and textbook development, the difficulties they encounter when teaching topics related to
transitional justice, their attitudes toward these difficulties, and the strategies and methods they adopt in their teaching. The findings indicate that while teachers recognize the importance of transitional justice education, they are concerned that its implementation may be influenced by particular political viewpoints. In addition, teachers highlight the need for teaching resources that incorporate diverse perspectives in order to fulfill the goals of history education.
